The meeting of the Independent Commission for Overseeing the Implementation of the Constitution was held.
The Independent Commission for Overseeing the Implementation of the Constitution convened a meeting on 11 Hot Current Year in Chairmanship of Dr. Mohammad Qasem Hashemzai, the president of the commission and in the presence of its members.
First, the secretary of the commission briefly reported on the implementation of the previous approvals and, according to the agenda, the procedure for organizing official trips of the Commission's staff was discussed and it was decided to delegate the aforementioned procedure to the Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation and Foreign Relation Department to be thoroughly studied in the light of the laws and valid regulations in the country and should submitted its draft to Commission next meeting for approval.
According to the agenda of today's meeting of the Commission, the fiscal year 1399 plan and the action plans formulated by Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation and Foreign Relations Department were discussed and was approved by the meeting and it was decided after Commission President approval the plan should proliferate to all professional and administrative departments of the Commission and to take appropriate steps to implement the Commission's professional and administrative departments activities and report to the department on the fulfillment of its objectives and activities. In addition, Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation and Foreign Relations Department was appointed to submitting the Commission's approved plan to the Policy, Monitoring and Review Department of the General Directorate of the Office of the President, and ensuring that it was informed.
Afterward, the legal theory on the introduction of the government Authorities to the Attorney General by the Parliament was presented by the Department of Constitutional Explanation and Legal Advices.
Also, legal theories on the rules and principles of the internal functions of parliaments, the Criminal Procedure Code, the Media Act, the Access to Information Act and the Supreme Audit Office Law were adjourned for further consideration.
The meeting was ended with pray for permanent peace in the country.
