The 17th anniversary of adoption of the Constitution was celebrated at the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs
The ceremony was held in presence of the leadership of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, Dr. Mohammad Haroon Stanekzai Head of the Department of Reading the Law and Recognizing its Contradictions with the Constitution of the Commission, heads, officials and employees in the conference hall of the Ministry.
First, Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Bashir Ahmad Ta yanj thanked the guests for attending the meeting and said that the constitution is one of the best constitutions in the region and the world. He added that this national document is one of the great achievements of the Afghan people in recent decades, the protection of which is also the public responsibility of the people.
The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs stated: "It is due to the blessing of this law that we own a system today and according to this law, all people have the same rights and privileges. He referred to Article 48 of the Constitution and said that According to this article of the law, job creation and reduction of unemployment is one of the main duties of this ministry and all other organizations in coordination with this ministry, should take steps to eliminate the challenges of unemployment and job creation so that from one hand the provisions of this law are implemented On the other hand, provide employment opportunities for young people.
Then, Dr. Mohammad Haroon Stanekzai Head of the Department of Reading the Law and Recognizing its Contradictions with the Constitution of the Commission of the Independent Commission for Overseeing the Implementation of the Constitution spoke in connection with the constitution and While enumerating its advantages and disadvantages of the constitution considers the country the property of the people and also its protection is one of the basic responsibilities of the citizens.
Dr. Stanekzai added: "This law is the most Islamic constitution in the Islamic countries of the region and it is a people-centered law. Therefore, in the current situation where peace talks are underway maintaining the system (republic) is one of our basic principles and "We owe it to ourselves to celebrate the values and principles of this Constitution."
Ghulam Mustafa Harooni the General Director of Legislation and Improvement of Working Conditions in his speech called the country's constitution the mother of all laws and held all departments responsible for its implementation.
