Since the establishment of the Independent Commission for overseeing the implementation of the Constitution (ICOIC) the leadership and all the employees of the Commission tried to facilitate better implementation of the constitutional provisions more and more for Jurisdiction the Constitution provisions through overseeing the implementation and observation of Constitution provisions, Constitution Provisions awareness for people, Constitution description and legal advices, determine the need regarding legislative development, to study valid laws to find the contradictions with the constitutionThe Commission's leadership desire that the constitution standard should be observe and respect by the people and government officials for better Jurisdiction of law that the implementation of the constitutional provisions in the country will continue to increase.
