The Coordination meeting of professional and administrative affairs of the Independent Commission for Overseeing the Implementation of the Constitution was held.
The Independent Commission for Overseeing the Implementation of the Constitution meeting on Monday 13 mezan 1399 was held under the chairmanship of Dr. Abdullah Shefai Acting chairman and member of the Commission, in the presence of Dr.saeed Abubakar mutaqee and Qazawatyaar Mohamad Arif Hafiz member of the Commission and the presence of Dr. Mohammad Qasem Hashemzai, the chairman of the commission, through the mass media
The meeting started with recitation of verses of Holy Quran and then the secretary of the commission presented a report on how to implement the previous resolutions and the following decisions were made on issues including the agenda in the light of the provisions of the constitution:
First, the draft legal theory of the Independent Commission for Overseeing the Implementation of the Constitution regarding the possibility of introducing government officials to the Attorney General and the complaint of Bakhtar Aminzai, the appointed senator of the Meshrano Jirga, was presented to the meeting by the Department of Constitutional Explanation and Legal Advice. Regarding the draft of the legal theory, it was possible to introduce the government officials to the Attorney General's Office after discussion and exchange of views. And the decision was made: As the referral has legal implications, the Department was instructed to send the referral in writing to the Independent Human Rights Commission of Afghanistan, taking into account the records of the referral.
Subsequently, the proposed draft of the Municipal Services Product Law, which was presented to the meeting by the Department of Research and Development of Law, was approved and listened, it was decided to send the proposal in writing to the Ministry of Justice, the Office of Local Authorities, the Kabul Municipality and the National Assembly.
The meeting was ended with a prayer for the good of the country.
