Celebration of Constitution Week at the Directorate General of National Security was held.

Judge Mohammad Arif Hafez, secretary and member of the commission, briefly spoke about the mission and the structure of the Independent Commission for Overseeing the Implementation of the Constitution, and further added to that constitution the principles, rules, and obligations of the government and their relationship with the nation and based on that. In his speech, Mohammad Aref Hafez also said that due to the problems of war and insecurity in the country, the implementation of the law has been difficult, but fortunately, the same system is advanced under this constitution and all citizens and the nation must defend it.
In his remarks, Mr. Hafez also called on the Afghan security forces to uphold the constitution and added that social justice was a fundamental principle in the constitution that national security forces are protecting and defending the rule of law and national security. "
Subsequently, Mr. Seyyed Zawhor, the National Security Adviser, talked on the second chapter of the constitution on the rights and obligations of nationals and making the constitution is the highest law in the region.
Further, Honorable Lieutenant Hedayat al-Haq member of the National Security Advisory, discussed the history of the constitution, adding that the constitution was of particular importance in the country, specifying the structure of government, fundamental rights, and human rights.
